Orders placed on weekdays will ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Orders received on weekends or stat holidays will ship the next business day. Inclement weather conditions and sale periods may influence your shipping timeline.

Little One Reusables offers free tracked shipping on orders over $149.99.

We insure all packages up to $100. If you wish to have more coverage, please contact us. If your package arrives damaged, or is lost, Little One Reusables can only claim up to $100 from the courier, unless extra coverage has been purchased by you.

Little One Reusables is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. 

Orders are shipped either Canada Post Expedited OR Via Couriers if pricing is competitive. (Purolator, CanPar, UPS, Fed Ex)

Orders under $149.99 will have a shipping fee of $10.99

Our flat rate and free shipping options cover up to a max of $28 actual shipping costs.  Overages are the responsibility of the buyer. We will contact you by email or phone if your order needs additional shipping payment
